Common Questions

I bought the cards from Amazon/Flipkart. How do I activate the app?

Download the Todpoles app, create an account, and scan the QR code inside your card box. This unlocks the full experience including all card games and starter stories.

The card scanning isn’t working. What should I do?

Make sure you’re in a well-lit room and holding the card flat and steady in front of the camera. The scanning works entirely on your device — no internet is required. If it still isn’t working, email us with your device model and we’ll help.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can manage or cancel your subscription from the Parent Zone inside the app. If you need help, email us at support@todpoles.com and we’ll sort it out promptly.

I haven’t received my order. Who do I contact?

If you ordered through Amazon or Flipkart, contact their support directly with your order ID. If you ordered through the Todpoles app, email us at support@todpoles.com with your order details.
