1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Todpoles! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Todpoles mobile application operated by Todpoles.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

  • Interactive learning games
  • Digital and physical flashcards
  • Educational stories and worksheets
  • Card scanning using the device camera

Todpoles is designed for children aged 3–7 and must be used under parental supervision.

3. Eligibility & Parental Consent

Parents or legal guardians must be at least 18 years old and are responsible for supervising their child’s usage of the App.

4. Accounts & Child Profiles

Parents may create accounts using phone number (OTP) or Google Sign-In. Child profiles may include a first name and age range only.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Todpoles offers both free features and paid subscriptions (monthly or yearly). Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase.

6. Physical Flash Cards

Physical flash card packs may include activation codes that unlock digital content. Each code can be used once.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, illustrations, software, and branding belong to Todpoles and may not be copied, resold, or reused without permission.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App or attempt to:

  • Bypass access controls
  • Upload harmful or malicious content
  • Exploit or harm children

9. Privacy

Your use of Todpoles is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and protect your data.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific learning outcomes.

11. Termination

Either you or Todpoles may terminate access at any time. Upon termination, access to premium features will end.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Indian courts.
